What is your favorite dinosaurs and why?
In order, Irritator, Eustreptospondylus, and Baryonyx.
I've always loved Spinosaurs and Allosaurus since watching Jurassic Park 3 and Walking With Dinosaurs: The Ballad of Big Al respectively. But the reason why it's these dinosaurs specifically is because, on my favourite dinosaur game as a kid Dinosaur King DS, these dinosaurs made up my fighting team.
Irritator was the first dinosaur you got in the game aside from your starting dinosaur, so it meant a lot to me. Also, its roar (it was more of a screech tbh) was badass.
I liked Eustreptospondylus because it was purple in Dinosaur King, that's kinda the only reason I was fond of it and bothered to want to learn more. Purple was my favourite colour as a kid
Baryonyx caught my interest because it was a Spinosaurid that was found in my home country, England.
What movie got you into dinosaurs?
I know a lot of people hate this film, but Jurassic Park 3 was where it all started for me. My dad showed it to me when I was around 5-6-ish?
What dinosaur do you think should have more attention?
Eustreptospondylus for sure! You ask someone about Eustreptospondylus and they'll have one of two reactions:
"Eh?"
or
"Oh, that one dinosaur that got eaten by a Liopleurodon on Walking With Dinosaurs??"
What tv show did you first see dinosaurs?
BBC's Walking With Dinosaurs. I watched their shows almost religiously as a kid. Though, whether or not it was my first, I dunno. I just watched anything with dinosaurs, I'm not sure which came first:
Jurassic Fight Club
When Dinosaurs Roamed America
Dinosaur Planet (one my faves, Little Das and White Tip will forever be in my heart)
The Truth About Killer Dinosaurs
Walking With Beasts (not technically dinosaurs but eh whatevs)
Walking With Monsters (again, not dinosaurs, still cool)
Monsters Resurrected
Secrets Of The Dinosaur Mummy (apparently this one isn't well known? if you haven't seen it, watch it, it was one of my faves)
Monsters We Met
What non dinosaur creatures are your favorite?
Quetzalcoatlus, Liopleurodon, Kaprosuchus.
What is your favorite prehistoric mammal?
It's a constant battle between Andrewsarchus and Gorgonopsid for me.
If there was one extinct animal that you would want to bring back, what would it be?
Irritator.
Not because it's my favourite dinosaur, but because it's a small Spinosaur (the smallest known I think?). So, bringing it back would mean that at least it would be a little bit more manageable than the larger Baryonyx, Spinosaurus and T.rex. I mean, you could bring back Velocirapto if you want something small and manageable, but that toe claw would be a teeny bit of a problem.
If Jurassic Park was a real place, would you go there or not?
My heart would say yes but my wallet would say no.
What do you think are the weirdest prehistoric animals?
Yeah, there's tonnes.
First up, Irritator. I won't deny, it's got a weird name.
Concavenator
Ichthyovenator
Helicoprion
Epidendrosaurus
Amargasaurus
Majungasaurus
Longisquama
Therizinosaurus
Deinonychus
Epidexipteryx
Tanystropheus
Sharovipteryx
Nyctosaurus
Stethacanthus
Mamenchisaurus
Platybelodon
Tsintaosaurus
Linhenykus
Gigantoraptor / Oviraptor
Incisivosaurus
Moschops
Estemmenosuchus
Jaekelopterus
Opabinia
Pterodaustro
Synthetoceras
Chalicotherium
This sounds weird but, what is your favorite type of bird (birds are dinosaurs after all)?
Birds of prey, so mainly Hawks and that, but my favourite bird is the Bearded Vulture.
What is your favorite prehistoric Pokémon?
I don't play Pokémon, but Tyrantrum looks cool.
What is your favorite dinosaur in a movie?
I don't know if it counts as a 'movie', but White Tip from Dinosaur Planet.
And finally
What museum have you been to many times in your area and what is your favorite part of the museum?
The Natural History Museum in London, England. I've been there sooooo many times, I know that place like the back of my hand. Of course, my favourite part of the museum is the Dinosaur exhibit (it's got a huge animatronic T,rex and is littered with animatronic raptors), but I'm extremely fond of the Prehistoric Mammals exhibit.
I know I'm meant to tag people now but I don't have any friends so yeh

Update on Owed Art
Heya, just a general update on commissions / owed art as well as on my week-long silence.
Apologies for the lack of communication, over the past week I've been caring for my cat. On Monday she appeared to have injuries to her body that weren't consistent with an animal attack, the vet suspected a person attacked her but we don't know for sure, and she required medical attention. I couldn't afford for her to stay at a vets for a week (or potentially longer) but, as I have animal welfare experience, I opted to take her home and care for her myself. While she's not doing well at this moment, she is leaps and bounds better than she was at the st
DESPERATE for commissions
Yes, Yes, I make these journals a lot, I'm aware.
But I am, unfortunately, once again strapped for cash and am short on rent (as well as dealing with debts and such with family). I haven't had a job for a while and recently failed collage, so things are.... rough...
Here's my prices, I'd be so grateful if anyone could help me out! (My most expensive commission is only £10! I don't cost an arm and a leg)
Dinovember
A few days late with this journal, but I'm doing Dinovember for the first time!
I know the people who made it moved it to December, but I haven't got the time to do it over the holidays, so I'm doing it this month instead
Commissions Open - Need Help!
Left a job on some bad terms which is resulting in a whole bunch of annoyances including my old employer with holding my last pay for as long as they can... just to annoy me, I guess :/ Unfortunately, I need help making ends meet this month. Commissions are open ^^;
